The homepage for Tcl TLS is at tls.sourceforge.net. Tcl TLS 1.50 uses a BSD style license.
The binary dylib in the file below was apparently originally sourced from aMSN. Many thanks go to Kevin Walzer for locating it.

This file includes the whole Tcl TLS package:

ActiveTcl 8.4.15 and above
The TLS package is now included in ActiveTcl 8.4.15 and above, which is distributed for a wide range of platforms including Mac OS X Universal. This pretty much negates the need for this download.
